How To Make Fondant Recipe:

Ingredients For Fondant Recipe are:

1) Gelatine = 1tablespoon
2) Glucose =1tablespoon
3) Icing Sugar = 500g
Water = 4tablespoon
No Food Coloring

How To Make Fondant Step By Step Guide:
Step 1: Sieve the Icing Sugar in a big Bowl
Step 2: Add Water in another smaller heat resistant Bowl

Step 3: Add Gelatine (watch video above to see how to spread it evenly in the bowl of water)
Step 4: Put a pot of water on heat and place the heat resistant bowl in it

Step 5: Stir together till Gelatine dissolves
Step 6: Add Glucose and stir well. Then put off heat and let it cool for few minutes

Step 7: Pour flour on table and add the mixture from step 6 above to it gradually while to mix them with the flour to form the Fondant

Step 8: Keep the Fondant in a air tight bag
Step 9: Use the Fondant when ready for any Cake decoration of choice

Step 10: Your Fondant is ready – ENJOY!
