1) Butter = 150g
2) Sugar = 60g
3) Red Food Coloring
4) Flour = 125g
5) Cocoa Powder = 1tablespoon
6) Chocolate Flavor (or Vanilla Flavour) = Optional
7) Egg = 2
8) Baking Powder = 1teaspoon
9) Milk = 62ml
10) Dried Mixed Fruits = 180g

How To Make Red Velvet Cake Step By Step Guide:
Step 1: Pour Flour in a Bowl
Step 2: Add Baking Powder, mix thoroughly and put aside
Step 3: Pour Mixed Fruits in another Bowl
Step 4: Add small quantity of Flour (1teaspoon), mix thoroughly and put aside
Step 5: Pour Butter in another Bowl and mix well with a Mixer
Step 6: Add Sugar and continue mixing
Step 7: Add Eggs
Step 8: Add previously mixed Flour with Baking powder
Step 9: Add Milk and mix together
Step 10: Add Red Food Coloring
Step 11: Add the mixture of Mix Fruits and Flour done above
Step 12: Oil the Baking Pan and Pour the mixture there
Step 13: Sprinkle the remaining mixture of mixed fruits and flour on it before baking and Bake at 200 Degree Celsius for 45-50 minutes
