1) Sugar = 165g
2) Glucose = 35g
3) Water = 45g
4) Food Coloring = Pink
Silicone Mat
No Thermometer
No Isomalt

Sugar Sail Cake Topper RECIPE:
How To Make Sugar Sail Step By Step Guide:
Step 1: Pour Sugar in a pot

Step 2: Add Water and Glucose

Step 3: Put on heat and stir well

Step 4: Add Food coloring
To know when ready without a thermometer. Put little in cold water and if it solidifies immediately, then it is ready.

Step 5: Pour on Silicone Mat

Step 6: Form desired shapes for the sugar sail tip

Step 7: Put on Bottle before it solidifies to form the sail shape and clip it

Step 8: Its time to remove our sugar sail after it cool and well solidified for about an hour

Step 9: Serve on Cake as desired

Step 10: Your Sugar Sail Cake Topper is ready – ENJOY!

    how can you store this sugar sail? Does it get ruined if it goes in the fridge?

      Only make few hours to use to avoid melting off. Keep in fridge after use for preservation but not recommended to be refridgerated before use. it could melt.
